Cross-firm win rates for trade-remedy law firms at the appeal layer (CIT and CAFC), split by side: the record no internal database or free source can assemble. Each firm’s Win / Partial / Loss record is reported separately for the side it argued, since challenger and defender are different games and are never blended; the headline rate is wins ÷ (wins + losses), with partial remands shown in full but not counted as wins.
