This Privacy Policy explains how Futurist IP (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with TariffBench (the “Service”).

The trade-remedy records surfaced in the Service are drawn from public government and court sources and are not personal information about you.
